State of the ARC [10]

State of the ARC is a monthly meme hosted by Avalinah at Avalinah's Books! It's an opportunity for readers to catch up on their long overdue ARCs, but I use it to keep up with my upcoming ARCs instead. Shhh... don't tell!

Something Like Gravity by Amber Smith (6/18)
There's Something About Sweetie (Dimple and Rishi, #2) by Sandhya Menon (5/14)
The Last Hope (The Raging Ones, #2) by Krista Ritchie, Becca Ritchie (8/13)
Under the Moon: A Catwoman Tale by Lauren Myracle, Isaac Goodhart (Illustrator) (5/7)

Girl Gone Viral by Arvin Ahmadi (5/21)
Frankly in Love by David Yoon (9/10)
Storm and Fury (The Harbinger, #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout (6/11)
Hazel and Holly by Sara C. Snider (5/16)

The Unhoneymooners by Christina Lauren (5/14)
Star-Crossed by Minnie Darke (5/21)
Wilder Girls by Rory Power (7/9)
Please Send Help (I Hate Everyone But You, #2) by Gaby Dunn, Allison Raskin (7/16)

Ever Alice by H.J. Ramsay (8/1)

The highlighted books are what I plan on reading next! They all have a May release date, so I shouldn't waste any time getting to them. However, that also means that June will be a relatively slow month, and I can play catch up! I'm almost there... another month or two, and I should be completely caught up on my reading. :)

I'm really looking forward to all of these, and I hope they live up to my expectations! Are any of these books on your TBR? Which book are you most excited about?

    1. Yay! I'm happy to hear that! I'm trying to decide which of the May releases I want to start first, even though I should probably read them in order, haha. I'm really looking forward to Star-Crossed! <3

  2. I have 4 ARC's out from NetGalley right now but I've read them all and already wrote the reviews just waiting for the day they come out to publish them. I think I need to request a few more now. lol

    1. Some of these are from NetGalley, and some I received in the mail. However, I have to avoid NetGalley, because I get a little click-happy when I'm on their site! It's always dicey when I log on to post a review. ;)

    1. Yes! May is going to be a busy reading month for me, so I guess it's good I took my spontaneous hiatus when I did, haha. I've only heard good things about The Unhoneymooners, so I'll keep my fingers crossed that it works for me. :)

  5. I'm excited about Wilder Girls because I don't get to read much YA horror since there isn't a big genre for it and I'm hoping that this is amazing! I have an ARC for it, but havne't dived in yet!

    1. I typically avoid horror and scary stories, so Wilder Girls will be taking me out of my comfort zone. I hope it's worth it! ;) Maybe we'll get lucky and both love the story. <3

    1. Did you read the author's first book? How was it? I'm curious if this will stand on its own, or if I need to read When Dimple met Rishi first.
