State of the ARC [29]

State of the ARC is a monthly meme hosted by Avalinah at Avalinah's Books! It's an opportunity for readers to catch up on their long overdue ARCs, but right now I'm using it to keep up with my upcoming ARCs instead. It helps me stay organized! Edit: State of the ARC is currently being hosted by Sarah (All the Book Blog Names Are Taken) while Evelina is on hiatus.

  1. I heard Float Plan was good - I'll have to check out your review. And I just got the audio for Even Brown. I didn't like Chloe's book but adored the 2nd so we'll see.

CLo is either hit or miss for me so I'll wait to see what others are saying about their latest.

    1. Float Plan was AMAZING! I reviewed it on the second, if you're still interested in reading my review. :) Hmm, you're the first person I've seen say something negative about that series! I haven't read any of the other books, and was planning to just jump in with Act Your Age, Eve Brown. I haven't been thrilled with the last couple of CLo books, which is a huge bummer. Josh & Hazel was good and The Unhoneymooners. Have you read either of those?

  2. We have a bunch of the same books in our queue. I have already read Float Plan, Perfect on Paper, and Eve Brown -- all were great. I hope you love them all.

    1. Float Plan was easily one of my favorite reads this year! It's still something I think about weeks later (slow swoon). I've also heard really great things about Perfect on Paper, which I hope to read sometime soon. :)

    1. I would say I'm sorry, but I'm not! ;) I love that it gives me something to refer back to whenever I'm trying to decide what to read next.

    1. I saw that on your blog earlier! We should do a Buddy Read, or at least compare notes afterwards.
